For over 20 years, Kerri Davis has had a passion for baking and a dream of sharing her delicacies with others but an ounce of fear held her back. In October of 2018, Kerri was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to go through extensive treatment and surgery. In January of 2021 the loss of her precious Mother became Kerri’s wakeup call. She soon realized life was too short to not move forward with her dream.
That dream became reality on May 14, 2021 when PattyKakes was born!
Through PattyKakes, Kerri honors her beloved parents and family. The symbolism is present from the baked goods, to the name, all the way to the polka dots you will find displayed in our products and throughout the shop. When you take “Pat” from Patricia (her Mother), “Ty” from Shorty (her Father) and “K” from Kerri, you get our name, PattyKakes!
